Key Responsibilities: Develop and lead the company's overall digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals Own full-funnel performance marketing including PPC, SEO, display, video, remarketing & programmatic media Build and guide a high-performing team across content, SEO, media buying, automation & analytics Spearhead growth hacking strategies, customer acquisition and retention through innovative digital channels Drive end-to-end campaign planning, execution and optimization across platforms Leverage tools like Google Analytics, GTM, Google Optimize & CRM systems for actionable insights Oversee brand storytelling and digital brand positioning for maximum impact and consistency Align digital initiatives with the companys vision, culture and mission-driven communication Define and monitor KPIs, ROAS, CAC, CLV and ensure data-driven decision-making Evaluate new digital trends, technologies and competitive landscape to future-proof strategies Collaborate with leadership, sales and product teams for cross-functional execution and messaging Develop automation and personalization workflows for a scalable, performance-led marketing engine
