Assistant Manager – Accounts Payable

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable operations for US entities, including invoice processing, approvals, and payments.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance with internal controls, and adherence to accounting principles (US GAAP).
• Coordinate with US vendors and internal departments to resolve invoice, payment, and reconciliation issues.
• Maintain vendor master data and ensure timely reconciliation of vendor accounts.
• Prepare monthly AP reports, aging summaries, and assist in cash flow forecasting.
• Support process improvements, automation initiatives, and efficiency enhancement projects.
• Supervise and guide junior team members to ensure smooth and compliant operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate or Postgraduate in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• 5–8 years of experience in Accounts Payable, with at least 2 years handling

  US accounting

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and vendor management expertise.
• Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry preferred.
