Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant IT Manager at MLK Exports Pvt Ltd in Lucknow. At least 2 years experience as an ERP specialist in a related industry. The IT executive will be responsible for managing IT systems, troubleshooting technical issues, supporting end-users, and assisting the IT Manager in various projects.

Qualifications-

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• In-depth knowledge of ERP development tools, coding languages, and business processes.
• Great organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and communication abilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Documenting ERP processes, user manuals, and other related information for future reference
• Ensuring ERP software complies with industry regulations and standards
• Regularly reviewing and updating ERP systems for improvements and upgrades
• Collaborating with other IT specialists, like data analysts and software engineers, to integrate ERP systems with other business applications
• Providing recommendations for system improvements and enhancements
• Experience in IT system management and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of network systems and hardware
• Proficiency in software installation and maintenance.

Experience-

Minimum 2-3 years experience in an Apparel garments industry.
