Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant IT Manager. The Assistant IT Manager will be responsible for assisting in the planning, implementation, and management of IT infrastructure. Daily tasks include monitoring network security, ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and managing IT staff. The role also involves coordinating with other departments to understand their technology needs and providing solutions accordingly.

• Knowledge and experience in IT infrastructure management and network security
• Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring smooth operation of computer systems
• Experience in managing IT staff and coordinating with other departments
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience in the immigration consultancy industry is a plus
