Assistant IT Manager

What You'll Do

• Oversee IT operations, budgets, and vendor management across multiple sites.
• Manage restaurant tech stack: POS, payments, KDS, printers, Wi-Fi, and integrations.
• Handle inventory & costing systems recipes, stock, and ERP sync.
• Ensure uptime & SLAs; lead L1/L2 support and critical incident response.
• Drive IT security, data protection, and compliance.
• Deliver new store openings and tech rollouts on time and within budget.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, and HR to align tech with business goals.

What You'll Bring

• 68 years of IT experience (3+ years in multi-site retail or F&B).
• Hands-on with restaurant POS, inventory, and network systems.
• Strong skills in M365/Google Workspace, endpoint management, and backups.
• Excellent communicator with vendor, budgeting, and leadership experience.
• ITIL or PMP certification is a plus.
