Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant IT Manager located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Assistant IT Manager will be responsible for supporting the IT Manager in overseeing the hospital's IT infrastructure. Daily tasks will include managing hardware and software systems, ensuring all IT networks are operating efficiently, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing new technologies. Additional responsibilities include maintaining cybersecurity measures, supporting end-users, and coordinating with different departments to understand their IT needs. Qualifications Proficiency in IT infrastructure management, including hardware and software systems Experience in network administration and troubleshooting technical issues Knowledge of cybersecurity measures and protocols Strong organizational and coordination skills to work with different departments Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Good communication skills and the ability to support end-users effectively Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
