Job Description

Job Summary:

The Assistant HR will support day-to-day operations of the HR department, ensuring smooth coordination of HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance, payroll support, and employee engagement. The role requires strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in preparing HR documents, such as offer letters, appointment letters, and exit documents.
  • Support the payroll process by collating attendance and leave records.
  • Track probation completion, confirmation, and contract renewals.

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Post job openings on various platforms and coordinate with recruitment agencies.
  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
  • Conduct initial HR round interviews as required.
  • Assist with onboarding processes, including document collection and induction.

Attendance & Leave Management

  • Monitor daily attendance and leave applications.
  • Maintain and update leave records and provide reports to management.
  • Address attendance discrepancies with employees and supervisors.

Employee Engagement & Support

  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, or documentation.
  • Help in conducting employee feedback surveys.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure employee files are complete and compliant with legal and company requirements.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0.6 years of experience in an HR assistant or coordinator role preferred.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational,
  • Strong interpersonal, communication skills and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
