Assistant HR

We are seeking an experienced HR Executive with 0–1 years of expertise in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, the ability to handle end-to-end HR functions, and a proactive approach to managing workplace requirements.

Experience Required : 0 to 6 months in HR and Recruitment.

Strong knowledge of HR operations and policiesRecruitment & talent acquisition skillsProficiency in MS Office & HRMS softwareAbility to handle employee grievances and engagement activities

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
Maintain employee records and update HR databasesHandle payroll coordination and attendance managementEnsure compliance with company policies and legal requirementsOrganize employee engagement and training programsManage exit formalities and maintain attrition reportsSupport management in strategic HR planning

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
