Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant HR to join our team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, work closely with department heads, and help attract top talent across various departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
• Create and post engaging job descriptions on job boards and social platforms
• Conduct initial screening interviews and shortlist candidates
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal teams
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases
• Conduct reference checks and background verifications
• Support onboarding and orientation of new employees
• Assist in employer branding initiatives
• Prepare and share recruitment metrics and reports
• Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and employment laws

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 0-1 year(s) of experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Organized and capable of managing multiple roles simultaneously
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools (preferred)
• Knowledge of basic labor laws and HR compliance
• Positive attitude and strong team player mindset
