Job Title: AI Content Strategist

CTC: ₹15,000/month (Full-time)

About the Role:

MMC Convert is looking for a driven and digitally fluent AI Content Strategist to help amplify our brand presence on platforms like ChatGPT, Quora, Reddit, and LinkedIn. This role is ideal for someone passionate about content marketing, community engagement, and competitive growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• ChatGPT Visibility Optimization
• Identify business-relevant prompts being used by founders/accountants
• Create optimized content/prompt ideas to rank MMC Convert higher
• Test prompt results for visibility in GPT-based engines and AI tools
• Medium.com Content Publishing
• Publish short, keyword-focused blog posts
• Format in a storytelling + SEO hybrid style (ideal for founders & decision-makers)
• Repurpose Quora answers + ChatGPT content into Medium blogs
• Quora Growth
• Identify trending questions relevant to MMC Convert’s services
• Write compelling, SEO-rich answers that position MMC Convert as an expert
• Engage with followers and upvote/comment on relevant content
• LinkedIn Engagement
• Grow MMC Convert’s page & personal brands of founders via regular posts
• Draft 2–3 engaging posts weekly (case studies, testimonials, infographics, etc.)
• Connect and initiate conversations with potential clients and partners
• Reporting & Insights
• Weekly reports on reach, impressions, clicks, followers, and answer views
• Recommend improvements to increase organic traction

Qualifications:

• Strong written English and digital communication skills
• Hands-on experience with ChatGPT (or AI SEO), Quora, LinkedIn
• Familiarity with tech marketing (GEO) is a plus
• Highly self-motivated and accountable
