About the Role:

Commercial Real Estate Sales Professional

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate leads for

    commercial property sales

    through networking, brokers, cold calling, and digital platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with

    high-net-worth individuals, corporates, and investors

    .
  • Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions based on

    project inventory

    .
  • Conduct

    site visits, presentations, and property showings

    for prospective buyers and investors.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring

    target achievement

  • Collaborate with the

    marketing team

    to implement effective campaigns and lead-generation strategies.
  • Maintain an updated database of

    leads, inquiries, and follow-ups

  • Stay updated on

  • Coordinate with the

Key Requirements

  • Education:

    Graduate in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related fields. MBA preferred.
  • Experience:

  • 5 to 10 years

    of proven experience in

    commercial real estate sales

  • Experience in selling

    office spaces, retail properties, or investment-grade commercial assets

    .
  • Skills:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and client-handling abilities.
  • Familiarity with

    Gurugram commercial property markets

  • Proficiency in MS Office and Farvision ERP.
  • Preferred Candidates:

  • Local candidates from

    Gurugram / Delhi NCR

  • Experience with

    Grade-A developers

    real estate consultancies
