Salary -75000 to 100000 (75k to 100K)

Qualification – Any Graduation

Experience – Min – 10+ years, and 5+ years of proven experience in operations management, preferably in the Food/ FMCG Manufacturing sector.

Age Limit – Max 45 years

Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Operational Planning

• Developing and implementing techno-commercial strategies to enhance business growth and profitability.
• Leading the technical and commercial teams to achieve integrated goals and objectives.
• Assessing market trends and competitor activities to inform product development and pricing strategies.
• Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients, suppliers, and partners.
• Overseeing the development and pricing of products and services to maximize market penetration and revenue.
• Conducting cost-benefit analyses and financial evaluations for new projects and investments
• Managing key client relationships and providing technical support during sales negotiations.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards in all techno-commercial activities.
• Preparing and presenting techno-commercial proposals to senior management.
• Evaluating and optimizing business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitoring and analyzing product performance and market feedback to drive continuous improvement.
