Interested candidates may send resume to oasisplacement450@gmail.com Candidates must have at least 4 to 11 years of experience in A real estate  An Assistant General Manager (AGM) for real estate is responsible for assisting the General Manager with sales strategy, team leadership, and daily operations, including developing sales initiatives, mentoring the sales team, conducting market analysis, and ensuring sales targets are met. Key duties include managing client and channel partner relationships, overseeing sales activities from lead generation to deal closure, and preparing sales reports.  Responsibilities Sales strategy and execution: Develop and implement sales strategies, create promotional activities, and drive sales initiatives to meet revenue and sales targets. Team leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and ensure compliance with company policies. Market analysis: Conduct market research to identify business opportunities, monitor competitor trends, and analyze market data to inform strategy. Client and channel management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and channel partners, and facilitate negotiations to close deals. Operations and reporting: Oversee sales processes, manage lead allocation, ensure compliance with legal requirements, and prepare regular sales and performance reports for management. Customer service: Ensure a high level of customer service, from initial inquiry to post-sale support.  Skills and qualifications Education: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is often required. Experience: Typically requires extensive experience in real estate sales, marketing, and team management, often with a minimum of 4-8 years. Skills: Strong leadership, sales, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills are essential. Experience with CRM and data analysis is also valuable. Knowledge: A deep understanding of the real estate market, sales processes, and legal/regulatory requirements is necessary.
