Assistant General Manager
Role & Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers.
  • Drive lead qualification and conversion through consistent follow-ups and engagement.
  • Supervise and motivate a team of presales executives to achieve daily/monthly targets.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
  • Utilize CRM systems for lead tracking, updates, and maintaining follow-up schedules.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless lead transfer and appointment scheduling.
  • Ensure high standards of customer experience and data accuracy.
Preferred Candidate Profile
  • 4+ years of experience in contact centers, outbound sales, or tele-calling, with team management exposure.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and team leadership skills.
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, target-driven calling environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM tools and telecalling processes.
