Assistant General Manager

As an Assistant General Manager (AGM) in Real Estate at Investor Arena Consulting Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in leading strategic business development, managing high-value investor relations, and driving revenue growth in the premium real estate segment. Your leadership, strong sales acumen, and deep understanding of real estate trends in Noida and the Delhi-NCR region will be essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of Relationship Managers and Sales Executives to meet and exceed revenue targets. - Identify high-potential real estate investment opportunities in commercial, retail, and residential sectors. - Collaborate with developers, channel partners, and legal advisors to structure attractive deals. - Drive market intelligence efforts to monitor real estate trends, competitor offerings, and buyer sentiments. - Participate in investor meets, real estate expos, and networking events to expand brand visibility. - Monitor CRM performance, ensure client satisfaction, and resolve escalations. - Prepare and present detailed MIS, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates to senior management. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales/Investments, with 3+ years in a managerial role. - Strong local market knowledge of Noida, Greater Noida, and Delhi NCR. - Proven track record of high-ticket sales and investor relationship management. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Experience in using CRM software (like Salesforce or similar). - MBA/BBA or Graduate with a strong business development background in real estate.
