Assistant Front Desk Manager

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Front Desk Manager to join our team at JW Marriott, with 5-12 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

• Manage front desk operations, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes for guests.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of front desk staff, including receptionists and concierges.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure smooth hotel operations.
• Maintain accurate records of guest transactions and interactions.
• Implement effective strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Proven experience in front desk management or a related field, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure, handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining composure.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems and software, and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front office procedures and protocols.
