It is a strategic finance role that blends analytics, external orientation, and business partnering to help sharpen the company’s strategy and operationsKey Responsibilities – support the CI & Cost Transformation manager in the below responsibilitiesCompetitor Intelligence

• Assess competitor results and strategies to benchmark performance with competitor set and deliver insights to senior leadership
• Assess impact of industry trends, regulatory changes and macro-economic events on competitor set
• Conduct deep dives to decode competition playbook and pre-empt competitive actions
  

Cost Transformation lead

• Own and manage cost savings roadmap across functions & divisions
• Identify cost saving opportunities with strong data analytics, internal and external benchmarking and cross functional collaboration
• Lead governance frameworks and ensure robust tracking and dashboards to monitor savings progress, validate impact, and report to senior leadership
  

Eligibility criteria - CA or MBA with 2 or more years of experience

• External orientation and curiosity about market dynamics
• Proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint, Power BI, and data visualization tools
