Assistant Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Issue accurate and timely

  invoices

  to clients/customers; monitor receivables and follow-up outstanding payments.
• Manage

  billing

  processes: validate deliverables/milestones, credit notes, adjustments.
• Handle

  TDS (Tax Deducted at Source)

  : ensure correct deduction, deposit, issue certificates.
• Handle

  GST (Goods & Services Tax)

  : registration, filings (monthly/quarterly/yearly), reconcile ledgers & input/output tax.
• Prepare monthly/quarter-end/annual

  financial statements

  , management reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Develop and monitor

  budgeting and forecasting

  for the business; analyse variances and provide insights.
• Control working capital: monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash flows.
  
• Ensure internal controls, audit readiness, statutory & regulatory compliance.
  
• Liaise with various stakeholders sales, operations, projects, auditors, tax authorities.
  
• Use and maintain financial/ERP systems, ensure data integrity, drive process improvements.
