Assistant Facilities Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Candidate must be based at Mumbai and willing to work in shifts 7am to 3pm / 3pm to 11pm / 11pm to 7am

• Take frequent rounds of the Gymkhana premises.
• Responsible for proper upkeep and cleanliness of the Gymkhana premises and ensure that timely cleaning schedule is carried out by housekeeping.
• Proper check on the security and safety matters.
• Ensure the material Inward / Outward register is properly maintained by the Security. To keep proper check on returnable and non-returnable items.
• Ensure contractors workers, visitors enter the premises after signing in the security register at the entrance gate.
• Ensure no material/equipment is removed out of the Gymkhana without proper gate pass.
• Responsible for working of Fire Fighting Equipments and to conduct regular Fire Fighting Drills.
• To check the CCTVs and Fire Extinguisher to be functional at all times.
• Responsible for medical equipments i.e. AED machine, oxygen cylinders and First-Aid Boxes.
• Attend to Painting, Polishing and Carpentry jobs & Maintenance of Property.
• Responsible for maintaining Custodian Store (Inventory) of items required on routine basis.
• Supervision of garden maintenance.
• Liaison with Police, BMC, Collector office whenever required.
• Ensure removal of scrap items is done as per the scrap policy and maintain proper record for scrap sale.
• To attend and resolve the members complaints.
• Ensure members car parking rules are followed by the Security.
• Maintain proper record of lockers used by members
• Maintain and update the Lost & Found Register for members.
• Ensure that members follow the laid down rules at BG.
• Ensure that club functions / events are conducted smoothly.

• Preferred candidate profile

JCO (or SNCO in the case of IAF/IN)

• Minimum 3 6 years experience in Club Administration or in a similar managerial position

(experience as Officers Mess NCO/JCO will be preferred).

• Should be computer literate.
• Must possess good communication skills in English.
