For Our Client - A well known, Leading Sporting Institute having 7 Acers of Facility, Including Restaurants, Bar, Banquets and all the Sporting Facilities is looking for
• Maintain clear communication between internal teams, vendors, and suppliers.
• Address and resolve equipment breakdowns promptly in collaboration with internal teams and external contractors.
• Manage and negotiate Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) with trusted vendors to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Supervise overall maintenance of infrastructure, equipment, and facilities within the Gymkhana property.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and project management skills.
• High energy levels and the ability to multitask under pressure.
• Fluent in English and Hindi/Marathi.
• Proficient with computer applications and project management tools.
• Willing to work flexible and demanding hours as required by project timelines.
