1. Set up calendar for Performance Management Process. Administer Performance Management. Monitor & review smooth closure of Performance Appraisal Cycle. Review, Improve and implement PMS as required
2. Assessment Process – Set up KRAs, developing, implementing assessment criteria as per role, level of responsibilities and department goals. Discuss with Top Management, HODs and set up Promotion guidelines
3. Design Leadership KRA based on business line, roles and responsibilities
4. Educate / Training for managers – Identify Training needs as per the succession planning, department needs, promotion plans
5. Feedback Mechanism – develop or improve existing system of feedback process, or develop programs for employees to be able to float their thoughts, ideas, challenges to-n-fro across teams and management
