Work closely with the CEO and COO to define long term strategic goals for the Sports function. b. Develop a comprehensive strategy and plan in order to create champions in each sport Sports Management: a. Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of sports programs, including leagues, tournaments, and events. Ensure that programs are well-organized, safe, and provide a positive experience for participants/ members/ sports personnel. c. Sports personnel Development: i. Create and implement programs to enhance the development and progression of sports personnel to become champions. ii. Provide resources and support to help sports personnel to reach their full potential. Catch them young. iii. Monitor and evaluate sports personnel progress and provide feedback. iv. Foster positive relationships with sports personnel, parents, coaches, and community stakeholders. v. Collaborate with other departments to promote sports programs and engage the community in sports initiatives. d. Partnership Development: i. Identify and establish strategic partnerships with sports organizations, sponsors, and community groups to enhance opportunities available for the development of CCI sportsmen and teams. For Our Client - A well known, Leading Sporting Institute having 7 Acers of Facility, Including Restaurants, Bar, Banquets and all the Sporting Facilities is looking for CIVIL PROJECTS SUPERVISOR BE/B.Tech (CIVIL) or M.Tech.(CIVIL) with 8 to 12 Years of relevant experience It is a CIVIL MAINTENANCE and CIVIL PROJECTS Role for an existing property Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and manage civil engineering works for both new and ongoing projects ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery. • Coordinate and oversee architectural finishing works and ensure the seamless integration of all engineering services on-site. • Review and interpret technical specifications; resolve design and execution issues efficiently. • Maintain clear communication between internal teams, vendors, and suppliers. • Plan, monitor, and ensure timely execution of project activities; follow up with stakeholders to expedite resolutions. • Prepare cost estimates and quotations , referencing supplier data, technical specs, and internal guidelines. • Lead and guide engineering teams to meet defined project goals and standards . • Assist in the development of technical specifications and documentation for ongoing and future projects. • Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with contracts, timelines, and quality benchmarks. • Oversee work-in-progress, billing, accounts receivable, and collections related to civil projects. • Plan and coordinate both routine and emergency maintenance tasks . • Check quantities of the tasks completed through end measurements before processing of payments of due to the Contractors / Vendors. • Address and resolve equipment breakdowns promptly in collaboration with internal teams and external contractors. • Manage and negotiate Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) with trusted vendors to ensure efficient service delivery. • Supervise overall maintenance of infrastructure, equipment, and facilities within the Gymkhana property. Role & responsibilities - MUST be from F & B background 1. Strategic Planning: a. Work closely with the CFO to develop a Supply Chain strategy to translate strategic goals into actionable plans. b. Provide leadership in the execution of the Clubs Vision, Mission and goals along with the CFO and his direct reports/ Function Heads of the Club c. Contribute to the execution of the club's long-term strategic plans and operational objectives. d. Monitor industry trends and evaluate market conditions to identify opportunities and challenges. 2. Store Operations Management & Inventory Control a. Store Operations: i. Develop and implement strategic goals into actionable plans as aligned with the club's goals and objectives. ii. Overseeing store operations to ensure seamless functioning and strict adherence to operational policies and procedures iii. Managing the receipt and dispatch of consignments while ensuring efficient material handling, accounting processes, and issue resolution. iv. Monitoring Stock movements to maintain optimal accuracy and Inventory control v. Implementing FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) principles for material issuance and storage in the Premix section vi. Establish policies, procedures, and guidelines for procurement, vendor selection, and contract management. vii. Collaborate with stakeholders to forecast demand, develop supply chain budgets, and optimize inventory levels. viii. Implement inventory control systems and procedures to minimize wastage, obsolescence, and expiry of goods. iv. Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation to maintain accurate inventory records. v. Ensuring proper storage conditions and designated locations for all materials. vi. Maintaining a smooth flow of materials across operations to optimize efficiency vii. Proactively identifying non-moving and near-expiry raw materials, ensuring timely action 4. Financial Management: a. Collaborate, create and manage the annual budget for the Clubs Supply chain / Procurement Services. b. Develop and manage annual budget reports and control expenditures against budget for all the Initiatives of the club and other wise c. Optimize the Budget and spending to control costs. Preferred candidate profile ** Master s or bachelors degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field (masters degree preferred). OR ** Bachelors degree in any Discipline / Graduate in Engineering or Science or Graduate in Hotel Management/ Administration from a reputed Institutes Work Experience - About 10 -15 Years of Experience in Managing a Large-Scale Sports Club or a Hotel - Proven experience in stores management, inventory control, or related roles, preferably within the sports or hospitality industry. - Strong knowledge of inventory management principles, procurement processes, and vendor management. Familiarity with inventory management systems or software.
