A. Project Planning, Execution & Technical Operations 1. Plan, design, and execute ongoing and upcoming projects including Boilers O&M, BOOT Projects, Briquetting Plants. 2. Plan and track each project from conceptualization to commissioning of plants, machinery, and equipment. 3. Lead, direct, and manage multiple projects in a safe, reliable, and efficient manner. 4. Conduct daily technical monitoring, recording, and troubleshooting of all ongoing projects. 5. Address and resolve technical issues and operational activities across running and under- construction sites. 6. Develop SOPs, systems, and adopt appropriate technologies in consultation with the Zonal Head to ensure smooth operations and lower production costs. 7. Implement strategies to reduce Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and Mean Time to Repair (MTTR). 8. Maintain lifecycle data of all key plant and machinery assets for effective maintenance and upgrade planning. 9. Benchmark plant performance against industry standards and implement continuous improvement programs. B. Budgeting, Vendor & Technology Management 1. Prepare and monitor project budgets while ensuring cost control and maintaining quality and safety. 2. Identify, evaluate, and manage technical vendors, EPC contractors, and service providers for projects. 3. Evaluate and adopt new technologies or automation tools to enhance efficiency and sustainability. 4. Conduct technical risk assessments and implement mitigation plans to avoid delays or failures. C. Compliance, Quality & Documentation 1. Ensure compliance with all applicable environmental regulations, including SPCB, CPCB, and NGT directives. 2. Engage with State Government, Local Authorities, OEMs, and technology partners. 3. Ensure stringent quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) across all technical projects. 4. Facilitate and support internal audits, third-party inspections, and statutory certifications (e.g., ISO, energy audits). 5. Maintain and update all technical documentation, drawings, compliance records, and statutory approvals. 6. Monitor and enforce Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) protocols across all project sites in alignment with company policy. D. Coordination, Reporting & Strategic Support 1. Monitor operations and performance of all existing projects to ensure optimal efficiency. 2. Manage the technical and operational functions of all existing projects. 3. Provide regular feedback and technical reports to the Zonal Head for strategic planning. 4. Provide timely feedback to top management regarding technical and operational performance. 5. Ensure timely and accurate daily reporting in coordination with Plant Heads and site teams. 6. Share important daily updates and incident alerts on official company communication platforms (e.g., WhatsApp Groups). 7. Maintain strict confidentiality of company project databases, technical developments, and business strategies.
