Key Responsibilities

Operations & Service Delivery

  • Oversee day-to-day soft services operations across the facility/site.
  • Ensure services meet agreed

    SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards

    .
  • Coordinate with vendors and in-house teams for smooth service delivery.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and toolbox talks.

Vendor & Manpower Management

  • Manage outsourced service providers (cleaning, security, landscaping, pest control).
  • Monitor attendance, deployment, grooming, and productivity of staff.
  • Handle vendor performance reviews, escalations, and corrective actions.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the point of contact for client queries and complaints related to soft services.
  • Ensure timely resolution of issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and share MIS reports and review data with stakeholders.

Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure compliance with statutory, health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Implement best practices in cleaning, waste segregation, and sustainability.
  • Support audits (internal/external) and ensure closure of observations.

Budget & Cost Control

  • Assist in budget planning and cost optimization for soft services.
  • Track consumption of consumables and control wastage.
  • Verify vendor invoices and service delivery records.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain SOPs, checklists, logs, and attendance records.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on performance and compliance.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of

    soft FM operations

  • Vendor and manpower management
  • Client handling and communication skills
  • Problem-solving and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of safety, hygiene, and compliance standards

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate/Diploma in Facilities Management, Hotel Management, or related field
  • 36 years

    of experience in soft services/facilities management
  • Experience in corporate offices, IT parks, hospitals, or commercial buildings preferred
