Job Description

Develop & implement SOPs, HIRA, PM plans, and maintenance work instructions

Assign preventive & scheduled work orders as per OEM recommendations

Conduct routine inspections of mechanical & electrical systems

Lead & mentor technicians and handyman staff

Manage engineering complaints, track resolution, and ensure SLA compliance

Oversee spare part availability for critical operations

Monitor vendor PM activities & KPI performance

Maintain and repair of UPS, Panles, FAS, HVAC, Infrastructure & project management with snaglist preparation & followup till closer.

Skills Required:

Strong leadership & team management skills

In-depth knowledge of industrial electrical systems

Problem-solving & decision-making ability

Hands-on technical expertise
