Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 8 to 14 years of experience to fill the role of Assistant Director Food & Beverage in our company located in Carlton.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Oversee daily food and beverage operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and promotions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and labor costs to optimize profitability.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to stay competitive.
  • Train and mentor staff members to improve performance and productivity.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a similar establishment.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary arts, menu planning, and food safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills to drive business growth.
