Assistant Company Secretary

Position: Assistant Manager Secretarial

Job Purpose:

To assist the GM-Secretarial / Company Secretary of the Company in ensuring the timely compliances of Statutory, Regulatory and Corporate governance requirements.

Place of Posting

Coromandel International Limited, Registered Office, Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling Investor requests, Investor grievances and timely redressal of the same.
• Co-ordination with the Company's Registrar’s and Transfer Agent on Investor grievance redressal and Stock Exchanges.
• Assist in maintaining statutory registers and records as per Companies Act, 2013.
• Support in filing necessary forms and returns with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).
• Help ensure compliance with SEBI Listing Regulations, Filings with Stock exchange and compliance of other applicable corporate laws.
• Assist in statutory meeting preparations.
• Coordinate with Key officials and Executives at the Registered office of the Company for various secretarial purposes.
• Coordinate with internal departments for legal and compliance matters.
• Assist in secretarial audits and internal compliance checks.
• Prepare periodic compliance reports for management review.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education:

  CS (Company Secretary) qualification from ICSI, with membership.

• Experience:

  1–2 years of relevant experience in a

  listed Company

  .

• Skills:

• Strong knowledge of corporate laws and SEBI Regulations.
• Good Verbal, written communication and drafting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office packages – Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
