Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Kochi for an Assistant Company Secretary. The role involves assisting in corporate governance activities, maintaining statutory records, managing board meetings, preparing compliance reports, and working with regulatory authorities. The individual will be an integral part of managing legal and secretarial duties, ensuring compliance with statutory obligations, and assisting with corporate documentation and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in corporate governance, statutory record management, and compliance reporting
• Strong organizational and administrative skills, including documentation and maintaining confidentiality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder interaction
• Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements related to corporate secretarial practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Commerce, or relevant field; Company Secretary (CS) certification is highly desirable
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
