Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Secretary Trainee, located in Kochi. The Company Secretary Trainee will assist in managing corporate governance and statutory compliance, maintain and update company records, prepare meeting agendas and minutes, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. The trainee will also support in drafting legal documents, coordinating with stakeholders, and assisting in corporate strategies and policies. Qualifications Knowledge of corporate governance, statutory compliance, and relevant regulations Ability to maintain and update company records and prepare meeting agendas and minutes Experience in drafting legal documents and coordinating with stakeholders Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field preferred Show more Show less
