BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE:

Company Secretary Trainee

What you will be doing here:

• Assist in MCA compliance filings, including forms such as AOC-4, MGT-7/7A, DIR-3 KYC, PAS-3, SH-7, and other statutory submissions.
• Support preparation and documentation for Board & General Meetings, including notices, agendas, minutes, attendance records, and resolutions.
• Maintain statutory registers and company records as per the Companies Act, 2013.
• Assist in due diligence exercises and certification-related work.
• Support the team in IPO-related compliances and documentation.
• Handle DIN/DSC applications, updates, and related filings.
• Assist in share-related compliances, such as allotments, transfers, ESOP administration, and cap table updates.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal teams for compliance, documentation, and reporting processes.

Who are we looking for:

• Experience Preferred Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months to 1 year of experience in secretarial compliance, corporate filings, or governance support.

• CS Interns

  Students who have successfully cleared the CS Executive and are currently eligible to undergo training.

• Semi-Qualified Company Secretaries

  Candidates who have cleared the CS Executive and are pursuing the Professional level.
• Strong interest in corporate law, regulatory compliance, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn in a fast-paced corporate environment (FinTech exposure is a plus if you want to add this later).
