Senior Salesforce Developer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, build, and optimize custom solutions on the Salesforce platform. You’ll leverage your expertise in Apex, Lightning, and Salesforce integrations to deliver scalable, high-impact applications that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

• Custom Application Development:

  Design and build tailored Salesforce applications using Apex, VisualForce, and Lightning components.

• Workflow Configuration:

  Customize CRM workflows to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.

• System Integration:

  Integrate Salesforce with external systems (e.g., SAP, Azure) to enable seamless data flow.

• Stakeholder Collaboration:

  Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

• Testing & Debugging:

  Ensure application stability, performance, and security through rigorous testing and troubleshooting.

• Documentation & Maintenance:

  Maintain comprehensive documentation and provide ongoing support for Salesforce solutions.

• Technical Support:

  Assist users and fellow developers with technical issues and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I (Developer II preferred for senior roles).
• 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce products: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), API integrations, and third-party system connections.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and version control tools (e.g., Azure DevOps).
• Solid understanding of CRM principles and software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Field Service Lightning (FSL), Agentforce, and advanced Salesforce APIs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to write clean, efficient, well-documented code.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
