As an Assistant Club Manager at F TV Lounge & Club, Hotel Chenthur Park in Coimbatore, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Lounge & Club Manager to ensure seamless daily operations and maintain the brand's luxury standards. Your responsibilities will include supervising staff, managing events, and driving revenue while prioritizing guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in managing day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow across all departments. - Supervise staff to maintain high service quality, ambiance, and brand consistency. - Monitor and manage floor operations, including seating arrangements, VIP sections, and guest flow. - Address operational challenges promptly and implement effective solutions. - Ensure exceptional guest experiences that align with F TV's luxury standards. - Engage with VIP guests, handle special requests, and address guest complaints professionally. - Collect and analyze guest feedback to continuously improve service quality. - Supervise and motivate staff, ensuring adherence to service standards. - Conduct training sessions on customer service, brand standards, and operational procedures. - Schedule staff shifts effectively to optimize manpower during peak hours. - Assist in planning and executing events, themed parties, and celebrity engagements. - Coordinate with performers, DJs, and vendors for seamless event execution. - Collaborate with the marketing team for event promotions and guest engagement. - Assist in budget preparation, monitor daily revenue and expenses, and implement strategies for profitability. - Ensure accurate cash handling, billing, and reconciliation procedures. - Uphold compliance with safety regulations, hygiene standards, and licensing requirements. - Implement security measures and conduct regular safety drills. - Represent the F TV brand's luxury and glamour image effectively. - Collaborate with marketing for social media promotions and brand visibility. Qualifications and Requirements: - Proven experience as an Assistant Manager in a high-end hospitality venue. - Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. - Financial acumen in budgeting and cost control. - Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities. - Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
