Assistant Club Manager

Role Overview: You will be supporting the Lounge & Club Manager at F TV Lounge & Club, Hotel Chenthur Park, Coimbatore in overseeing daily operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience, and maintaining the brand's luxury standards. Your role will involve supervising staff, managing events, and driving revenue while ensuring guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow across all departments. - Supervise staff and maintain high service quality, ambiance, and brand consistency. - Monitor and manage floor operations, including seating arrangements, VIP sections, and guest flow. - Address operational challenges and implement solutions to enhance efficiency. - Ensure exceptional guest experiences that reflect F TV's luxury standards. - Engage with VIP guests, handle special requests, and address guest complaints professionally. - Collect and analyze guest feedback to improve service quality. - Supervise and motivate staff, ensuring adherence to service standards. - Conduct training sessions on customer service, brand standards, and operational procedures. - Schedule staff shifts effectively to optimize manpower during peak hours. - Assist in planning and executing events, themed parties, and celebrity engagements. - Coordinate with performers, DJs, and vendors for seamless event execution. - Collaborate with marketing for event promotions and guest engagement. - Assist in budget preparation and monitor daily revenue and expenses. - Implement strategies to maximize profitability through upselling and promotions. - Ensure accurate cash handling, billing, and reconciliation procedures. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations, hygiene standards, and licensing requirements. - Implement security measures and conduct regular safety drills. - Uphold the F TV brand's luxury and glamour image. - Collaborate with marketing for social media promotions and brand visibility. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as an Assistant Manager in a high-end hospitality venue. - Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. - Financial acumen in budgeting and cost control. - Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities. - Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
