Housekeeping Supervisor Position Overview: We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our housekeeping team. The role ensures that guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are kept clean, well-maintained, and meet hotel standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise housekeeping staff activities, including cleaning and maintenance. Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to hotel standards. Train and mentor housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques and hotel protocols. Manage and maintain housekeeping inventory and place orders for supplies as needed. Address guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping promptly. Prepare staff schedules and manage time-off requests. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Qualifications: Prior housekeeping experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
