Indian Chef de Partie (CDP) - Job Description

Position Overview: The Indian CDP is responsible for handling the preparation and cooking of North and South Indian dishes at the F TV Lounge & Club. The role includes supervising the Indian kitchen section, maintaining taste profiles, and ensuring traditional authenticity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of Indian dishes including curries, biryanis, breads, and vegetarian specialties.
• Ensure the food is cooked and presented as per brand standards.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and follow proper food safety practices.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in procurement of Indian ingredients.
• Innovate Indian fusion dishes in collaboration with the culinary team.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years experience in an Indian kitchen.
• Skilled in North and South Indian cuisines.
• Knowledge of spice balancing and traditional cooking methods.
• Ability to train and guide junior staff.
