Indian Chef de Partie (CDP) - Job Description Position Overview: The Indian CDP is responsible for handling the preparation and cooking of North and South Indian dishes at the F TV Lounge & Club. The role includes supervising the Indian kitchen section, maintaining taste profiles, and ensuring traditional authenticity. Key Responsibilities: Prepare a variety of Indian dishes including curries, biryanis, breads, and vegetarian specialties. Ensure the food is cooked and presented as per brand standards. Maintain kitchen hygiene and follow proper food safety practices. Monitor stock levels and assist in procurement of Indian ingredients. Innovate Indian fusion dishes in collaboration with the culinary team. Requirements: 3–5 years experience in an Indian kitchen. Skilled in North and South Indian cuisines.
