Role Overview

The role requires someone who understands luxury hospitality, regional travel behaviour, and the importance of translating brand thinking into real-world experiences. You will work closely with internal teams, creators, partners, and local stakeholders to build a strong, consistent, and aspirational brand presence in the region.


Key Responsibilities


  1. Regional Brand & Marketing Strategy -

    Own region-specific marketing plans for Goa and the neighbouring region and translate company brand strategy into locally relevant campaigns, seasonal initiatives, and property launches using performance insights and guest data.
  2. Digital & Performance Marketing -

    Plan and execute influencer collaborations, WhatsApp campaigns, EDMs, and paid media across Google and social platforms, while tracking performance and optimising for reach, engagement, and conversions.
  3. Channel & Content Ownership -

    Manage and optimise OTA listings, blogs, SEO, Google My Business profiles, social media channels, and online reputation management to ensure consistency, accuracy, and strong brand storytelling.
  4. On-Ground Brand Activations & Partnerships (Goa focused) -

    Conceptualise and execute on-ground activations including experiential events, influencer stays, property launches, and local collaborations to strengthen regional brand presence and guest engagement.
  5. Creative Asset Development -

    Oversee the creation of static and video assets across digital platforms, coordinating with internal teams and external creators to maintain a strong and consistent visual identity.
  6. Photography, Videography & New Property Launches -

    Plan and manage property shoots and ensure new properties are fully launch-ready across platforms, including descriptions, brochures, welcome packs, and digital assets.
  7. B2B & Trade Communication -

    Support corporate and trade marketing through tailored communication, decks, emailers, and WhatsApp creatives for business partners and concierge networks.
  8. Internal & Head Office Coordination -

    Act as the regional point of contact for marketing communication, ensuring smooth coordination with Head Office, Brand Managers, Regional Heads, and cross-functional teams.

  • A marketer with a strong understanding of luxury hospitality and regional travel trends.
  • Comfortable managing multiple channels, campaigns, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Equally confident in strategy, execution, and on-ground coordination.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and strong in storytelling.
  • Enjoys working closely with creators, partners, and internal teams.
  • Familiarity with Goa’s hospitality ecosystem and seasonality is a strong advantage.
