With over 65,000 followers on Instagram, the brand is known for its clean, radiant skin work and soft glam transformations. The brand management team handles everything end-to-end — from digital content and marketing to sales, shoots, and client coordination. This role requires someone who can take full ownership of the brand’s day-to-day presence and run operations independently.

Job Description:

This role is designed for individuals passionate about beauty, digital marketing, and sales. The Brand Management Assistant will support operations across content creation, social media management, lead conversion, client handling, and shoot coordination. The position offers hands-on exposure to how a modern beauty brand is built and scaled.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Client Management

• Convert daily inquiries from Instagram, WhatsApp, and calls into confirmed bookings
• Track leads, send follow-ups, and close sales effectively
• Maintain booking records and client communication logs
• Promote seasonal offers and package upgrades

Social Media and Digital Marketing

• Plan and publish engaging content on all social media platforms
• Capture and edit short-form videos and images using editing tools
• Monitor post performance and suggest data-based improvements
• Schedule posts, write captions, and manage hashtags

Influencer and PR Coordination

• Identify relevant influencers for collaborations
• Manage outreach, timelines, and content delivery
• Track mentions and reposts from creators and vendors

Client Coordination and Calendar Management

• Respond to client queries, schedule appointments, and confirm bookings
• Maintain the master calendar for shoots, events, and meetings
• Ensure timely reminders and logistics for all events

On-Site Shoot and Event Support

• Assist during makeup sessions and content shoots
• Manage behind-the-scenes documentation
• Help with lighting, setup, and coordination

Administrative and Brand Growth Support

• Maintain internal checklists and project trackers
• Assist with planning campaigns, collaborations, and offers
• Keep sales and performance reports updated

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
