Qualifications/ Experience: Min 2-3 years of experience in brand management or product management in FMCG, Consumer Goods, Fashion MBA in Sales & Marketing, preferably from a premium B School Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Role & Responsibilities: Lead all the marketing initiatives of travel products for the designated category of the flagship brand. Extracting consumer insights from market research and liaising with design / development / manufacturing / creative agencies to execute new product launches. Responsible for supporting product design process, mining of consumer relevant innovation and maintaining the health of product portfolio. Works with design and creative agency for product development and brand communication. Accountable for driving category sales and support sales channels through execution of advertising, promotion and branding activities. Responsible for market size estimation, identifying market trends and shift in consumer preferences and pricing decisions pertaining to the category. Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of product lines. Responsible for tracking and mitigating competition actions. Responsible for driving various planning cycles (eg, long range plan, profit plan, operating plan) for the category. Annual budgeting and tracking performance. Preferred Candidate Profile/ Competencies: Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced, matrixed environment Ability to work with cross functional teams and interface with business leaders at all levels in organization Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Pro activeness & Go Getter Attitude. Strong in agency coordination for Marketing activities Strong understanding about Brand / Consumer / Category
