Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage sales activities for protective coating products in the assigned area, focusing on industrial applications such as floor coatings and institutional projects.
Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, identifying their needs and providing solutions through effective communication and product knowledge.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues, improve processes, and drive business growth.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends to inform sales strategies.
Achieve monthly/quarterly targets by effectively managing time, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-7 years of experience in B2B Sales or related field (e.g., Corporate Sales, Business Development).
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Civil Engineering).
Proven track record of success in selling protective coating products or similar chemicals/materials.
Strong understanding of industrial coatings technology and applications; ability to communicate technical information effectively.
