Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to manage daily accounting tasks for our home appliances distribution operations. The candidate will support billing, stock-related accounting, vendor payments, receivables follow-up, and financial documentation.With handling MIS & DMS 🔹 Key Responsibilities Daily accounting entries in Tally/ERP Preparing customer invoices & credit notes Accounts receivable follow-up & ageing report maintenance Verifying vendor bills, freight/logistics invoices Assisting in vendor payments & accounts payable Bank reconciliation & petty cash handling Maintaining stock movement records in coordination with warehouse Supporting GST filing documentation and audits Preparing monthly financial summaries and reports 🔹 Skills Required Knowledge of basic accounting principles Proficiency in Tally / Busy / ERP systems Strong Excel skills (Vlookup, Pivot preferred) Understanding of GST, TDS & statutory compliance Good communication and coordination skills Accuracy, discipline, and time management abilities 🔹 Additional Requirements Experience in FMCG / Appliances / Distribution industry preferred Ability to work with sales and warehouse teams Ready to take responsibility and meet deadlines 🔹 Work Timing Time: 10:00 am to 7:00pm Weekly Off: Sunday 📩 How to Apply Send your resume to: 4apstvshr@gmail.com Contact: 7499211118 ( Mr Varun Gupta) HR Manager
