Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally or relevant software
• Handle accounts receivable and payable, including invoice generation and follow-ups
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor payments, and customer accounts
• Prepare monthly financial reports, MIS, and expense statements
• Coordinate with auditors for statutory compliance and internal audits
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Manage GST, TDS, and other tax filings and returns
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
• 3–7 years of relevant accounting experience
• Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and basic accounting software
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Excellent communication and coordination skills

Good to Have:

• Experience in media, events, or agency billing cycles
• Understanding of digital and influencer marketing financials
