You will be joining the Monitoring & Testing function in Hyderabad within the Asset & Wealth Management Strategic Transformation Office. Your role as an Analyst will involve executing monitoring and testing processes to identify potential risks and control weaknesses. By ensuring regulatory compliance, protecting client assets, and improving operational efficiency, you will directly contribute to the firm's success. The Asset & Wealth Management Strategic Transformation Office aims to enhance scalability, drive revenue growth, improve client experience, and elevate controls to optimize the operating platform. The Monitoring & Testing function plays a critical role in mitigating risk within Asset & Wealth Management and Goldman Sachs by continuously monitoring processes, systems, and controls. **Role Overview:** - Execute monitoring and testing processes to identify potential risks and control weaknesses - Contribute to regulatory compliance, protection of client assets, and operational efficiency - Enhance scalability, drive revenue growth, improve client experience, and elevate controls within the operating platform - Mitigate risk by continuously monitoring processes, systems, and controls **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop an in-depth knowledge of the risk and control profile across Asset & Wealth Management - Advise, challenge & inform the businesses on recommended ways to mitigate risk - Identify ways to share risk best practice across teams and functions - Partner with the business lines to understand residual risks and improve the risk and control framework **Qualifications Required:** - Solid understanding of the Asset & Wealth Management franchise within a risk management context - Exposure to qualitative and quantitative controls and data testing across financial products - Working knowledge of programming fundamentals - Strong analytical, organizational, and influencing skills - Ability to navigate data sets, develop metrics, and perform analysis - Excellent communication skills to articulate issues and ideas with stakeholders - Innovative with a keen eye for identifying areas of control enhancements and automation - Ability to perform data analytics and identify trends - Sound time management skills and ability to prioritize effectively - Drive and motivation to improve personal performance and broaden knowledge - Good interpersonal and teamwork skills to collaborate globally If you are interested in this opportunity, please note that our firm has adopted a COVID-19 vaccination requirement for employees working onsite at U.S. locations.
