As an Asian Chef specializing in Pan-Asian Cuisine, you will be responsible for developing authentic and fusion dishes from various Asian regions such as Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese, and Japanese. Your primary focus will be on menu innovation, food preparation, inventory management, hygiene, team supervision, cost control, and portioning. Key Responsibilities: - Develop authentic and fusion Asian dishes including starters, mains, and desserts - Contribute to seasonal and promotional menu planning - Prepare a range of Asian dishes using traditional cooking techniques - Source fresh and high-quality ingredients, monitor inventory, and reduce wastage - Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards - Supervise junior kitchen staff, oversee kitchen operations, and maintain cleanliness - Monitor food costs, control waste, and ensure consistency in portioning and presentation Qualifications & Requirements: - Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a professional kitchen focusing on Asian cuisines - Strong practical knowledge of regional Asian cooking techniques and dishes - Diploma in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management preferred - Ability to read and write in Hindi and English - Well-groomed with a professional and cooperative attitude - Freshers are not eligible for this role Please note: This position offers a competitive salary ranging from 25,000 to 35,000 per month based on experience. This is a full-time role with a minimum contract of 1 year located in Hyderabad.
