Job Description

As the Asia Sourcing Manager, your role will involve the following activities: - Delivering S&P targets related to the client account - Providing appropriate reporting and tracking of country/regional savings via relevant platform(s) - Producing monthly regional reports and managing monthly sourcing calls per region - Overseeing supplier review meetings, including status, escalations, and achievements - Implementing regional procurement planning and tracking progress against agreed plans - Ensuring appropriate engagements are being implemented with the account Contracts Manager - Providing introductory and ongoing Account Procurement training to Ops teams - Supporting Ops teams with delivery of procurement and troubleshooting where required - Reviewing submitted Approval to Procure documents and Quotation Evaluation Report documents - Providing ad hoc reporting on performance against KPIs, strategic sourcing activity, and supplier performance management - Supporting audits as necessary and monitoring compliance with the JLL DFAT Procurement Playbook - Ensuring S&P Policies and Procedures are aligned with country operations and practices - Collaborating with the account Procurement Team and Vendor Services Team to qualify and onboard suppliers Desired Experience And Technical Skills: - Organisational awareness and strategic thinking - Leadership, project management, and resource management skills - Effective communication, relationship management, and team collaboration - Negotiation, influencing, personal effectiveness, and innovation - Strong analytical, financial, and commercial skills - Experience in a similar position with excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and strong numerical and commercial acumen - Deep understanding of IFM services and supplier environment - Experience working with suppliers in EMEA and/or AMER regions - Familiarity with Public Sector procurement processes - Willingness to adapt to new technologies, systems, and processes - Experience in engaging with a wide variety of stakeholders (Note: The additional details of the company were not provided in the Job Description.),
