Aryan Sales Manager

Purpose of the Role

• Promote and develop the adoption of Document Management Services provided by AIBC
• Contribute to achieving targeted business volumes from new and existing corporate clients

Business Development & Sales

• Proactively promote and increase the uptake of AIBC's range of services among existing and potential new corporate clients
• Identify and develop new business opportunities from both existing clients and prospective customers

Client Relationship Management

• Maintain and develop strong sales and service relationships with an assigned portfolio of corporate clients
• Conduct regular client review meetings to assess service delivery performance and identify business development opportunities
• Engage with clients at senior management levels to understand needs and build long-term partnerships

Market & Service Knowledge

• Maintain general market awareness and continuously enhance personal and professional skills
• Develop detailed knowledge of AIBC's document management services and an understanding of other services offered across the organization

Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, achievements, and milestones
• Track and review client performance and take proactive actions to increase business volumes and improve service delivery
