Job Description

Manual Operations & TAT Management

Ensure all manual processing activities are completed within the defined turnaround time
Monitor daily workloads to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks

Process Handover & Coordination

Ensure proper handover of forms between different processes, both within manual operations and across other teams
Maintain clear process flow to avoid delays or misplacement of forms

Productivity & Team Performance

Ensure the manual processing team meets productivity standards specified by the organization
Provide periodic training, guidance, and performance feedback to improve efficiency

Forms & Work Area Management

Ensure proper implementation of forms management with correct tagging of all forms in process
Maintain an organized work environment ensuring no forms are left scattered or unaccounted for

MIS & Reporting

Provide accurate and timely MIS data to the Group Lead for organizational reporting
Support reporting related to productivity, quality, and process performance

Attendance & Work Allocation

Manage attendance of team members and allocate work effectively in cases of absenteeism
Ensure continuity of operations through proper manpower planning

Team Morale & Work Ethics

Motivate team members to perform at their best and maintain high team morale
Ensure adherence to organizational policies, work ethics, and professional standards
