Job Description

TAT & Process Management

Ensure all warehouse activities are completed within the specified turnaround time (TAT)
Monitor operations to maintain process efficiency and timeliness

Forms & Inventory Management

Manage forms and inventory for easy and quick retrieval
Maintain accurate records of all form movements and reconcile post relevant activities

Warehouse Safety & Security

Implement and maintain safety and security practices within the warehouse
Ensure the warehouse environment protects forms and assets

Housekeeping & Organization

Maintain warehouse housekeeping by numbering and indexing all forms and racks
Ensure forms are stored in designated locations post-process, with correct indexing and Xeroxing as required

Team Management

Lead the warehouse team to ensure smooth operations
Train team members in safety, security, and proper inventory management practices
