AI Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy

  AI/ML models

  to enhance content curation, summarization, and personalization on the DailyBrief platform.
• Work with

  NLP (Natural Language Processing)

  techniques for text classification, topic modeling, and semantic search.
• Implement

  AI-driven recommendation systems

  to improve content delivery and engagement.
• Collaborate with product, editorial, and engineering teams to translate business needs into AI solutions.
• Research and integrate

  Generative AI tools (LLMs, transformers, embeddings)

  for content automation and summarization.
• Optimize models for

  accuracy, scalability, and efficiency

  in a production environment.
• Stay updated on AI trends and recommend new tools, frameworks, and best practices.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in

  machine learning, deep learning, or NLP projects

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar frameworks

  .
• Experience with

  LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, Claude, etc.)

  , fine-tuning, and

  RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

  .
• Familiarity with

  vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS)

  for semantic search.
• Exposure to

  data pipelines, APIs, and deployment on cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)

  .
• Understanding of

  MLOps and model monitoring

  .
• Prior experience with

  news/media tech

  or unstructured text data is a plus.
• Contributions to

  open-source AI projects

  are an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
