Job Description

AI & Automation Specialist – Individual Contributor

AI & Automation Specialist

Responsibilities

Set up, test, and manage AI tools and automation workflows (ChatGPT, Zapier/Make, CRM integrations).
Improve internal processes and create simple SOPs for teams.
Handle basic IT troubleshooting
Manage basic website updates (CMS edits, plugin checks, performance).
Coordinate with vendors for deeper technical fixes when needed.

Requirements

1–3 years in AI automation, IT support, or tech ops (startup experience preferred).
Comfort with AI tools + no-code automation platforms.
Basic CMS/website management knowledge.
Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset.

Work Style

Mumbai-based (BKC - Onsite only), Individual Contributor, high ownership, culture-driven environment.
