We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.). Oversee the company website and landing pages, ensuring user experience (UX), SEO optimization, and conversion rate improvements. Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other platforms. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce high-quality content and campaigns. Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure ROI optimization. Drive customer engagement and retention through CRM and email marketing strategies. Stay updated on digital trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices. Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketers and content creators (if applicable). Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 4–7 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, email campaigns, and analytics tools. Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot/Mailchimp, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and Google Analytics. Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills. Creative mindset with attention to detail and a results-driven attitude.
